Wrong item received:
If the delivery is incorrect for any reason, e.g.If an item was left out of your order or you received the wrong item, we will automatically exchange or refund your order at your request. If you wish to receive a refund, you must notify us immediately and must not open any packaging. We will then ask you to return the goods and when you arrive at our office we will refund your money using the original payment method.
Items faulty upon delivery:
If your items are faulty upon delivery, please notify us immediately using the contact form or email. Items must be returned in the original packaging with all documentation or accessories.If we can determine the defect, we will send a replacement product on the same day. We can also issue a full refund upon request and your payment will be returned to your original payment method. We will analyze the returned goods and resend the item to you if they are found to be non-defective. You bear the costs for the return.
Transport damage:
If an item has been damaged during transport, please notify us immediately upon receipt of the goods. Items must be returned in the original packaging, along with accessories and documents.Once we receive your order in our database, we will issue you a replacement product or refund you for the full value of your order via your original payment method.
If you change your mind:
If you have simply changed your mind about an item you have ordered and would like to return it to us, you can return it to us in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations or notify us within the first 7 days of purchase or from receipt of the goods. Products must not be opened, used or tested and must be returned in exactly the same form in which you received/sent them from us. Once we receive your product, we will issue you a full refund to your original payment method.
Packages opened on arrival:
If your package arrives opened or torn for any reason, please return the products if you are not satisfied.We will again offer you a replacement product or a refund via your original payment method, whichever you prefer.
